provides an interdisciplinary forum for
professionals interested in the moral
dimensions of educational theory and
practice. The Association fosters cooperation,
training, curriculum development, and

worth and dignity of each individual
as a moral agent in a pluralistic society.

Proposals
The United Nations, Human Rights and Moral Education
The Institute
for Human Rights together with the IPFW
School of Education is issuing a call
for papers on the roles played by the
U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights
and by the U.N. Declaration and Convention
on the Rights of the Child in moral education.
We also invite educators to propose demonstrations
and critical discussion of human rights
pedagogy in secondary and primary schools.
